Lest you mistakenly believed that the 2012 election was supposed to be some sort of come to Jesus moment for the Republicans – you know, along the lines of, “Keep your hands outta my uterus, jerks!” I am sorry to report that message was never received, and the not-so-promising 113th Congress is picking up where the abysmal 112th left off.
That’s right, those predictable warriors of all things oppressive, the GOP, have opened the new legislative session with not one, not two, but three anti-woman bills so far.
